DAY-USE “MOTOR” ENTRY PERMITS: A day-use motor permit is required when traveling by motorboat on Newfound, Sucker and Basswood Lake. A permit may be used on any one day of the week that you choose. Each permit covers up to 9 people and the cost is $6. No permit is necessary while using a motorboat on Moose Lake itself or if paddling a canoe.
